i took blake on a mystery date the other night to see legendary indian singer, asha bhosle. wow. what an amazing and beautiful voice! she's best known for being a bollywood playback singer but some of the classical pieces she performed were the highlights of the evening. she claims to have sung over 30,000 songs. one of our favorite bands, cornershop, paid tribute to her in their 1997 hit, "brimful of asha". here's an early clip. -jd

To tell the truth, i just discover the group and the music about 10 days ago (mostly on the internet). This is absolutly wanderfull, i haven't hear such good music for years.
I wander if the group has planned to perform in France (or Europe)in the future? I will be in L A at the end of september, any concert over there at this period ?
Anyway, keep creating this way, this is absolutly great music...
